What this means for you

Features that are staying

Personalized Promos: All active custom promos will remain live through the agreed-upon promo period. If you were in contact with your Account Manager, you can continue to work together to create personalized promos even after the loyalty program sunsets!

Unlimited Pay Negotiation: All Roo Vets can now propose new pay and start/end times at participating hospitals once they’ve completed their third shift!
‍

Dedicated Support: If you were in contact with your Account Manager, they’ll continue to be available to you.
‍

Partnerships: If you claimed a CoVet or ScribbleVet offer, the free trial will be honored (first three months free starting from the claim date), and the discount will still apply after the program ends.
‍

Features that are hopping away

Top Hopper Badge: The Top Hopper badge has been removed from Top Hopper profiles.
‍

Priority Access to Shifts: Priority Access will no longer be an available feature at this time. Shifts will be made visible to all Vets immediately when they’re posted.
