1. Find your ideal shift

View all available shifts on a map, and use search filters to find exactly what you’re looking for.

When you see a shift you love, hit “Request” to let the hospital know you’re interested. You’ll be committed once the hospital “Confirms” your request. We’ll email you to let you know it’s official!

You can request up to 3 shifts on the same date to increase your odds of getting confirmed

2. Message hospitals

Once confirmed, you can use your Roo Inbox to send messages to hospitals to ask questions like what PIMs login you’ll need or where to park.

Favorite hospitals to be the first to know when they post new shifts.

3. Manage calendar

View upcoming shifts or mark your availability on your schedule page. You can also sync your Roo schedule with Google Calendar to save time and avoid double-booking.

4. Account set up

Link your bank account to get paid via direct deposit in as little as two business days. We recommend filling out all sections of your profile to improve your chances of getting confirmed for the shifts you want.

Your profile page is where you can update licenses or see reviews hospitals have left of you.

5. More ways to earn

Track your earnings in your History & Earnings tab, broken down monthly or quarterly for easier tax planning.

Roo Promotions: Earn even more with regularly offered Roo Promos. Make sure your email and SMS notifications are turned on to find out about these opportunities.

Vet & Hospital Referrals: Share the love and get rewarded for every Vet or Hospital you invite to Roo when they complete their first shift. Just click here get your referral link and share.
