At Petwell Partners, Charlotte led operations and integrations, growing a modest setup into a family of 52 practices known for quality veterinary care. This journey was capped by a rewarding acquisition by National Veterinary Associates, marking a milestone for everyone involved.

Then, at Roo, Charlotte took a different approach, proving that there’s no one-size-fits-all strategy for business development. Starting as a Texas-based venture, Roo expanded nationwide, making it possible for each market to feel local yet connected to a larger purpose.

Charlotte is also a hands-on founder and co-owner of 2525 Sunset Veterinarians, where she’s dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for pets and their people. With a background in veterinary medicine, business development, and management consulting, Charlotte is here to connect with like-minded folks interested in moving the veterinary industry forward together.
