As Senior Director of People at Roo, she partners with the People Team to shape an employee experience that’s engaging, supportive, and built to last. Before that, she led People Ops at Thistle and Plum Organics, helping fast-growing companies scale without losing sight of what truly makes a workplace hum —the people!

With a deep belief in balancing strategy with empathy, Stephany is always looking for ways to make work more meaningful, ensuring employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow.

Based in San Francisco, she loves spending time with her husband and their two-year-old daughter, Rose, exploring California and embracing a well-rounded life filled with adventure, connection, and plenty of memorable moments.
