Dean Ramadan

Dean is the Head of Marketing at Roo, where he leads a dynamic team focused on building Roo's brand, creating unforgettable events, and making it easier for Veterinarians, Technicians, and Hospitals to connect and grow. His mission is simple: bring joy and remove friction for animal healthcare professionals so they can focus on what they do best — caring for animals.

Before joining Roo, Dean worked in human healthcare at Wheel, where he built a nationwide network of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians to power telehealth services. Now, he’s bringing that experience to the veterinary world, ensuring Roo becomes the go-to platform for veterinary professionals.

Based in sunny San Diego, Dean shares his home with two cats and enjoys long walks on the beach.
