Audrey Wu

Audrey is Roo's Chief of Staff and resident shape-shifter, part special projects lead, part in-the-weeds operator, part investor relations, part whatever the week requires. She partners closely with stakeholders at all levels to work on Roo's biggest cross-functional bets as well as driving the operating rhythm that keeps the whole company pulling in the same direction.

Before Roo, Audrey was at McKinsey, where she advised 10+ Fortune 500 clients across consumer, fintech, and other industries with a focus on the firm's Business Building practice. She then led a turnaround initiative at Shutterfly and built the Strategy & Transformation function from the ground up.

Given Audrey's business-focused skillset, most folks are surprised to learn she holds a Civil Engineering degree from Northwestern University. Outside of work, Audrey shares her home with her dog, Pepe, arguably Roo's most important demographic at the SF office.
