She earned her CVPM in 2017 and became a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional in 2020. Since joining Roo in 2021, she has progressed from Business Development to leading the Account Management team, and in 2025, began building Roo’s Career Pathways product to support hospitals, Vets, and Techs in a more collaborative hiring journey. Melissa finds her greatest fulfillment in empowering veterinary professionals and fostering their ongoing development.
