With over a decade of experience in veterinary practice management and hospital operations, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and business side of veterinary care. She earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation in 2019 and stays sharp by completing 48 hours of management-specific CE every two years.

Sam is passionate about supporting veterinary leaders in creating positive, thriving workplace cultures while also achieving strong financial outcomes through smart, compassionate business practices. When she's not collaborating with hospital teams, you'll find her soaking up the Texas Hill Country with her husband, their toddler, and their feisty feline, Minerva. She’s also a big fan of a good book, a Harry Potter marathon, and the never-ending quest for the best taco around.

Charlotte brings over a decade of expertise in the veterinary field, excelling as an Advisor, VP, and Founder with a strong focus on business consulting and developing robust veterinary startup business plans. Charlotte founded 2525 Sunset Veterinarians in November of 2021, a full-service veterinary hospital in Houston, Texas.
