Sam has been making waves since 2022 across a variety of roles and regions. With over a decade of experience in veterinary practice management and hospital operations, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and business side of veterinary care. She earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation in 2019 and stays sharp by completing 48 hours of management-specific CE every two years. Sam is passionate about supporting veterinary leaders in creating positive, thriving workplace cultures while also achieving strong financial outcomes through smart, compassionate business practices.

Jessica has spent more than 25 years in veterinary medicine and has seen the industry from nearly every angle: equine and small animal hospitals, animal health distribution, manufacturing, and nonprofit work. Along the way she has managed mobile veterinary units, led regional teams, and earned a QuickBooks Advisor certification. She joined Roo in its early days, opening new markets and managing regions before becoming a Hospital Growth Partner. Today she partners directly with practice managers and hospital leaders to solve their toughest staffing problems, keep coverage steady, and give their teams room to breathe.
